I recently visited the restaurant, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The restaurant was not too busy when I arrived, but the service was incredibly slow. I ordered 1 kg mix grill and 1 full Chicken BBQ, but it took over an hour to receive our order. Furthermore, it was clear that the restaurant was prioritizing locals, and people who arrived after us got served before us. To make matters worse, the food was not up to par with our expectations. The taste was below average, and the quantity was surprisingly low. The 1 kg mix grill did not look like it weighed 1 kg at all; it appeared more like half a kilogram or 600 grams. When I requested some garlic paste, the waiter informed me that it was not free. I agreed to pay for it, but the waiter never returned with the paste. I went to the reception to inquire about it, and the Egyptian cashier started shouting at me, saying they would only give one small portion. This was incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. To top it all off, there was another argument between the Egyptian cashier and another guest, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service was slow and biased, the food was below average, and the cashier was incredibly rude. It is apparent that the restaurant needs to improve its customer service if it hopes to survive in the industry.

Actually it is one of my to-go places whenever I want to eat Arabic grills. One of the must haves is Eggplant Kebab. It is truly unique from eggplant kebabs I had in other places. BUT 3-star because of the bad quality of online order. Whenever possible, avoid ordering online as for delivery, they give 2-days old bakala-type bread which has become dried like a paper, instead of freshly baked bread like what they serve for dine in.

Good Bar B Que options. Taste is good as well. I tried their mixed grill and kofta with tahina. Kofta with tahina serving size was quite smaller compared to other restaurants I’ve visited. If you a a bread / khubz lover, then this is among best places to enjoy soft and easy to chew khubz. They have indoor and outdoor seating. But indoor is recommended during summers even at nights. I really appreciate how they are keen about their ambiance and hygiene.

Very rude behavior. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Treating customers as if they are giving the food for free. Worst Ennabi branch ever visited. What details u want ? We wer not allowed to dine in because we ordered the offer meal. When asked for a ketchup sachet they told we can’t give that along with this meal 😅😅😅. This will be the last visit to Ennabi grill.
