It was a nice experience, and they prepare a celebration for you, a graduation or birthday, and a spray from the store itself. They also shocked me at how the staff and the reception treated you, and you did not go beyond the matcha. It tastes delicious and is one of the most beautiful gifts.

Unfortunately, they did not respect me as a customer. I chose this place to meet friends, and they did not respect that I constantly order throughout my presence at the table. When the friends left and I was waiting for other friends, they asked me for the other chair more than once, and I told them that I was waiting for my friend and he would be there in 17 minutes, to the point that they asked me to vacate the table because it was 45 minutes with the request, even though I asked more than once and I was waiting for the rest of the friends, which prompted me to leave the place because they did not respect the customer. So much so that I offered my conversation with my friends to the employee (Radwan), but to no avail.
