the current manager is always shouting at customers and is completely rude and hostile the junior baristas are lovely. we have been living in the building on top of nero for 9 years now getting our daily coffe and sometimes several times a day. This Boss lady is absolutely not a fit here !!!

Today at 3.30pm I took one coffe and they didn’t have change from 200aed. And barista suggested to me to go and change . Like it’s a my fault. I no have a comment .

One of my favorite places in Palm Jumeirah to meet up with my clients. Their outdoor seating area is superb
