They said: it’s well done, ma’am. Seriously??? For that money they gave my burned cheeseburger??? Unfortunately it was not me who ate most part of it, it was my daughter. Then she just left this part and said: sorry mom, it’s not good at all Never will go there again 🤢🤢🤢 Very bad experience

I ordered a delivery of the Shack Burger Box which came with a Shack Burger, fries, soft drink and a choice of two sauces. Although the ingredients and burger combo was good (as you would expect from Shake Shack), the burger on this occasion was more dry than juicy - the patty seemed a little dry and hard in some places and I thought the burger could have used more sauce. The ingredients, especially the fresh ones like the tomato and lettuce was placed at the front which looked great when you first saw it but after eating half the burger, the fresh ingredients ran out. Separately, the fries were decent - a little inconsistent but otherwise arrived good for delivered fries retaining a slight crisp. It was OK overall, but maybe not my favourite branch of Shake Shack.
