I am a customer of the restaurant, he has fresh liver every day, the staff treats him well, and the cleanliness is good, but my request is always special, which is that the liver must be half cooked and without spices, and the chapati must be fresh, so they prepare my special request, and this counts for them, and the reason for my special request is that the fresh liver of Hashi does not need Spices at all, only salt and black pepper.
