The place looks beautiful. But the reception was not expected. I mean, I came and the place just opened after Friday. In an inappropriate way, he was asked to leave, and the reason is that he says, “Tuna, open after the prayer.” Ok, I sit and wait and refuse. Instead of trying to win me a permanent guest, unfortunately the opposite happened.

Merkaz is well known and has many branches. My experience is in the Laban branch The place is beautiful, but the service is disappointing! We ordered luqaimat and coffee, all of the luqaimat are oil. Actually, you eat oil with the qaimat, very bad. Note that it is my regular order in their second branches, and it is beautiful and delicious here in this branch. There is only one worker serving all customers! There is no difference between this branch and any nearby Mahela store!!!!!
