First, when there is a new grape leaf shop in the region, it is not logical. There is no experience or any shop in the world. I, as a customer, have the right to experiment, especially with the products that are allowed, such as grape leaves or chocolates....even if you give me a symbolic amount, but if you are confident in your work, there is something else. Either you force me to buy a plate for 25 riyals, and then I was surprised that the taste was bad or that it did not suit me. This is a calamity for the honesty, but as a right for me as a customer, I have the right to experiment. As for the idea that a grape leaf feels like a gram of gold and you are surprised in it, and the amount and capacity I wish to consider. Let the customer drive you, do not alienate the customer from you.
