The kind of places I’m happy to discover while walking on the street, and almost want to keep it secret and unknown. It is a very small coffee roastery, with a single barista, and not more than 4 or 5 places to seat. And they apparently don’t need more to prepare one of the best cappuccino I have ever tried, if not the best. My brother had an espresso and as a coffee amateur he also ranked it as one of the best he had. You can buy the beans which are obviously high quality ones but that’s probably not enough to get the same coffee at home, you definitely feel the knowledge and the skills all in a very simple environnement. I also really liked their artisanal glasses, which is not just a detail for me. I will come back for sure.

Tastiest and best-made flat white I had during my stay in Istanbul, no doubt about it! Lovely environment with cool third-wave vibes. Good music too. Plus, possibility to buy bags of beans or top-notch coffee equipment, like Bialetti Mokapot or Aeropress.
