I have tried writing this review a few times but can’t seem to find words to articulate my sentiments clearly. I treated my cousin to a birthday meal on 23/11/21. The service, food, ambience, attention to detail was 10/10. All the waiting staff were amiable, attentive and understood the menu to the tee. The food was perfect; we had a three-course meal! We genuinely can not fault it; chicken and fish are cooked to perfection. The cherry on the cake was the birthday presentation at the end that caught both of us by complete surprise as I booked the restaurant weeks in advance. I completely forgot that I had told them it was my cousin’s birthday We were both left in shock and very emotional. My only regret is not taking pictures of the fantastic presentation Thank you, thank you, thank you to all that made sure we had the best time ever We will never forget last night, and Tulum will always hold a a special place in our hearts ♥️ ♥️ We will be back soon, very soon ♥️♥️ Maureen Fernandez ♥️♥️♥️

We went to Tulum a couple of days ago for dinner. The interior decor, view and staff were very good. However, the reason for the two star rating is due to the food and its price. I don’t mind paying a high price for food but the quality should follow and it simply was not there. From the beginning the complimentary salsa, “guacamole” (mass produced for sure) and tortillas were substandard. The tacos I ordered were greasy, small and fairly tasteless. The ribeye steak was good but we’re in a Mexican restaurant and no condiment came with it. Make an effort

Great experience, nice food and fantastic view over the downtown and on the fountains. I love it! We had Luis and Esther and they were really nice to us and also helped us to charge our phones. We are really thankful! I hope we can visit this place again in the near future.

Tulum was absolutely amazing! The decor was elegant and alluring. It sits in the most perfect location right above the infamous water show. My group and I attended in the evening and were able to sit outside and witness the aforementioned show as well as other activities. The food was authentic, music was festive and the table service was impeccable. Anas, our server, was nothing short of astounding. He was engaging, charming, funny and professional. I will definitely patron this establishment again on the next trip to Dubai!

Second time I have been to Tulum for breakfast. The views are stunning, food is really good, cozy place and friendly staff. For breakfast they have a good deal: coffee, juices, breads and main dish for 110AED. My only comment would be the serving timings, both times they were a bit slow even though there were only three tables with people.

Amazing place. Great ambiance and decor. The Live band and singer were my favourite. The menu had plenty to choose from and service is polished. Bit expansive for what it is. Big disappointment is the dessert menu. Nothing was special. The selection is very classic as you can find them or even better in a basic patisserie. Simultaneously, there wasn’t any typical Mexican or Arabic invented dessert. You kinda finish your awesome dinner on a flat note. Everybody want desserts to end with :)

This place was Amazing! Super friendly staff. Food arrived quickly and the presentation was perfect. They had live music to set the vibe and watching the fountain show on the balcony just topped it off. Overall Great experience!! Would highly recommend.
