Ravick was a really great waiter. Really went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our experience ! Also the flapjacks are to die for !!

I am not sure why but this Bootlegger constantly suffers from bad service and management. I went to the restaurant at 10h30 to place an order to be ready for 12h00 knowing we would have only 30 mins to have our meeting. At 11h55 I arrive and say can they bring the food. At 12h10 I went to ask the waiter where was the food? At 12h12 the manageress came to my table in a very nonchelant and arrogant manner telling me the kitchen only opens at 12h00 for lunch so the waiter should never have taken my order but it will all be okay, the kitchen will quickly make it and she will give the waiter a warning. I explained to her that we had 15 minutes left and it was too late. My office is in the building and I go there often, knowing a waiter got a warning doesn’t sit well. Her direct actions and inability to manage the situation will ensure I do not return.

Was disappointed - ordered the pancake breakfast was told it will be wait, did not realise it was a 20 minute wait. Pancakes was nice but the berry compote was more like a jam. I prefer a Latte to be served layered milk and coffee but noticed all was served as a large milky coffee. My first Bootlegger experience was mediocre.

Left my REALLY expensive charger at the Bootleggers... Oshler kept it safe overnight and we were reunited the next day. Really appreciate the honesty, top class staff at this branch

This bootleggers was possibly on of the first and has stood strong for ages! It has solid coffee and great breakfast and lunch options. The decor is nice and comfortable. It does have slightly higher prices compared to other coffee shops. The service can be slow sometimes
