I’ve never been a fan of Poke bowls until now! Where I previously found them a tad dry, the ones we ordered had an incredible sauce and were delicious. For something that is healthy it is also really filling which I love, and not for a bad price either. There were tons of customizing options and the suggested combos were fantastic and had some great vegetarian options. Really enjoyed it.

The Poke Co Sea Point is a must have food experience that every person who loves Good food, regardless of ethnicity needs to try! From Make your own Bowls to the Specialities! The Poke Co has a option of food for everyone! All at reasonable prices for their portion sizes! Seriously! The Mega Bowl is absolutely humongous! The only thing to watch out for! Its is no for its takeaways! So if you are planning to sit there. It needs to be a bit of active clientele-ing! As the staff are doing there best to accommodate everyone! We will definitely be back! Love to visit The Poke Co whenever we are in the Mother City. This time we chose to create our own bowls and they again did not disappoint! The portions are good, ingredients fresh and the sauces are delicious. Topped off with your fave Kombucha and you have a combo not to be missed.

Filling, healthy, range of options & tasty! Service was also fantastic. We've also been at the Poke Co at Cavendish (Claremont) and this one in Sea Point is by far the best in terms of service delivery and quality of the dish. This is a go-to if you want a quick nourishing meal.
