The only good thing is the atmosphere in out door. The food arrived cooled, despite we wait for some time. Do not go for food it doesnt deserve the money at all.

The shisha is very weak and they gave us the wrong coal half hot. We were playing cards and after an hour of playing they came and told us that playing games in a restaurant is not allowed. We were the only customers. What a silly policy which felt arbitrary after an hour of playing. Such a shame as it’s in a lovely place.

By far the best place I’ve been to in all of AlUla. A lot of other places had great food and ambience but bad service. This place had the best service ever. Their food was amazing too but the service was even better than the food. Waiter Sabir and Khalid were extremely polite and friendly and ensured we were happy. The meal was served exactly how we needed them and when we needed them. We requested specific seating to watch the full moon and enjoy the view and they made sure our reservations were planned in a way to ensure that our request was met. Will definitely go here often and will recommend it to as many people as we can. More restaurants in AlUla need to be this way.

I had an incredible dining experience at Villa Fayrouz AlUla! The ambience exudes warmth and charm, making it a delightful place to unwind. The lamb chops and tikka were absolute perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Special thanks to Mohsin for providing top-notch customer service; he was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Already counting down the days until my next visit! This restaurant is an absolute must-visit in AlUla.
