Food is ok, not like Pizza hut from other countries. Felt dry and like there was hardly any cheese. Main screens in branch don't have any details of which pizza's they have on the menu (which is ridiculous for a pizza shop!). To pick what you want, there were 2 laminated menus. When I visited, there were 15 customer waiting to order and each of them having to wait for someone to finish looking at the menu before it was eventually passed to them. We chose 2 pizza's from the menu, staff member told us the first one we picked was unavailable, so we picked an alternative, we were told that was also unavailable. As for sauces and dips, they only had a mustard dip available. If you are looking for the pizza hut experience similar to other countries, do not bother going here. You will be disappointed. To top it off pizza's weren't great.

Bad experience...They say, the offer is not valid in this branch, then why advertise it in the branch and every where.

Pathetic most place to visit. No customer service. No commitment to services. Pathetic food line. Equally PATHETIC employees! Wasted time and money ...

After certain prayers times when it is also lunch or dinner time the queue is very long, but it goes quick. There is almost no seating area. just three tables. So its order pizza and go. you can pay by cash and card. However card is quicker and prefered. the service was really good! fast. and the taste as you expect from pizza hut!

Very rude person who was taking order. We tried to order 2 x pizza deal but refused and there was no explanation. We have to order 2 pizza and paid extra.. Seating is not eduqute and customer service is pathetic.
