The Philippine supervisor (( Janessa ))was not being helpful and kings and polite just for asking extra white chocolate on the side … she said it is impossible to make this request,,, I asked from another waiter she was very friendly and apologized and came with the extra white chocolate 🍫 I am used to ask for this in all branches and they do it for me … Very disappointed from the supervisor behavior … she said even did not apologize… If she is having a bad day I think it’s better for here management to give her a day off so she can work with good energy .. Horrible experience

JA ’s kindness and quick response stood out when I tried a drink for the first time but didn’t quite enjoy it. She promptly replaced it with a delicious cold Spanish latte, providing excellent recommendations. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!”

Poor customer service. No customers but still we waiting for someone to come and bring the menu for more than 10 minutes. Chocolate tast is good Coffee is good to try

Extremely expensive, not worth it. Paid 55QR for a slice of San Sebastian cake. This more than 100% more than other cafes. I had a much bequality San Sebastian cakr for 25QR only. These kind of places have to be boycotted so that they learn the hard way not to exploit people. It same a bit shame that some people are happily paying these proces as a symbol of a false sense of status.
