As soon as we approached the door, the host let us know since we are not all males that my dad, walking with a limp and cane, needed to walk up a whole flight of stairs. We asked if they would make an exception, seeing as my mother also had knee issues and they have no elevator to accommodate. They refused. They said that this was the rule that the owner set. This is one of the few places in Riyadh that still insists on segregating ladies/families from males and also one of the only places I’ve experienced that were adamant about not making an exception. Not going to lie, the burger was amazing and the Cajun bacon fries were delicious, but they need to re-evaluate their stance on keeping these separated like this or just be more accessible 🧑‍🦽

The ambience of the branch itself is average it’s just the environment of that particular square makes it worth . When talking about food no variety offered at all taste was good but not worth the price . The competitors in the market offering many more options in less price . Overall a one time take for me .

Food was tasty! It’s one kind of burger, you can choose how many patties you want. The person at the cashier should’ve given more information on what I can customize, I didn’t know if pickles were included or not, and he didn’t mention it. I also recommend that they change fries to homemade potatoes rather than frozen fries. Otherwise, it’s perfect, I’d go there again.

One of the best burger I’ve ever tasted, it was delicious. The service was fast and although the place was crowded but the organized was great. Good luck to the cashier Hussein.
