Nandos is exactly what it claims to be - fast and reliable. While it may not be extraordinary, it offers a sense of familiarity and you can always count on them to deliver. The ambiance at Nandos is casual and laid-back, with vibrant colors and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive dining experience. Whether you're dining in or getting takeout, you can always rely on Nandos to deliver a tasty meal in a timely manner. The ambiance and the staff are decent enough. Personally, I prefer the Nandos in the UK.

This was not the first time we visited Nandos, yet every time we are disappointed more. This time we used entertainer and got two dishes for the price of one which ever is higher priced. Last experience with Espetada was very bad it came cold and the manager had apologized and also give another dish prepared so we decided to avoid espetada and instead ordered butterfly chicken with wedges and garlic bread and chicken Catapalana. Chicken catapalana was good but less quantity and butterfly chicken was not at all good, taste was bland although we said mild spice the chicken had smell not spoiled but raw chicken smell and the garlic bread was without butter no traces of garlic and was burnt as u can see in the picture also basically it was dry. Only good thing was the side dish potato wedges piping hot and tasty but again I am not going back for wedges only. I had Nandos first time in Dubai and then in Bahrain the taste is different there but it doesn’t match anywhere close in Saudi. It’s just the brand name but they really need to maintain their standard to attract more people. Make sure you order a drink you might need it.

What a great taste!!! Nandos taste is back again in Alnakheel Mall!!!! , why i am writing like this because before the taste was gone and not the same but now best of the best . Thank you Mr.Rohit for caring and giving us best service. Am so thankful for the great taste and quality food as well best services . Smiling Rohit !!! Best guy 👍👍👍

Nando’s restaurant is a South African multinational fast casual chain that specialises in Portuguese flame-grilled peri-peri style chicken. Super delicious and its one of my and my family’s favorite restaurants. Food is super delicious and you can choose the heat level from mild to hot. Even with lemon and herb seasoning, the food tastes great. The chicken lever is my favorite and I’ve never tasted one like what nando’s make. However, Portion size is small. Staff are friendly as always and well trained in customer services.
