unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The branch I visited was very unclean, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the overall atmosphere was not pleasant, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking.

Never again Ordered for delivery at 7 PM the order arrived around 10. The food was freezing. The fries portion was 1/3 the packet. The restaurant’s call center response was “there is nothing I can do for you”. Look at how lost the delivery guy was to find my order. If you are charging me close to 50 pounds for a single delivery and you wait for 3 hours to pile all orders together before you send them out for delivery then this is just straight up robbery. You can’t say orders arrive in an hour and deliver them in 3. You can’t say there is nothing I can do for you. You can’t charge these obscene fees only to give me a 1/3 portion, to be late and to mass deliver all at once.

So GOOD. Get their chicken crispy nacho sandwich! There has been one issue tho. My chicken was kind of pink/rawish if this happens just report the problems and they should fix it. Etc

I saw their new soda drink. And I decided to order to try it out. Ten of my colleges and me ordered Combo meals. They delivered the burgers without the soda after an hour and a half. I called to tell inform them that I paid for the soda and didn't get it. They told me they gonna send it right away. It has been in total three hours since my order and I didn't get the soda yet. I called their hotline three times to submit a formal complaint. And no one picked up the phone.

The smokehouse BBQ I had yesterday was disappointing. The food arrived cold, the bun tasted stale and far from fresh. Additionally, the wait time of an hour made the overall dining experience less than satisfying.
